  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, your order is generally delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable to all orders.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to locations across India. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided at the time of placing the order.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Unboxing Video Requirement

We strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video while opening your package. The video should begin before opening the parcel and continue until the product is fully visible.

This video is mandatory if you receive a damaged or incorrect product and wish to request an exchange. Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be processed.
