Cancellation Policy

At Sethi Astro, we understand that plans can change. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. Since we follow a No Return & No Refund Policy, orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

Refund on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address or contact details, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, modifications may not be possible.
