At Sethi Astro, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition. As our products include spiritual crystals and wellness items, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund Policy except in cases where the product is damaged or an incorrect item is delivered.

Returns

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • After the product has been used

Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any orders.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement/exchange only after verification. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Exchange Policy

An exchange is available only if:

  • You receive a damaged product during transit.
  • You receive the wrong product.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment before opening the package until the product is fully visible.
  • Share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

After verification, our team will arrange a replacement for the eligible product.

Important: Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot approve exchange requests if:

  • The unboxing video is unavailable or incomplete.
  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The issue is related to personal preference rather than product damage or an incorrect item.
